Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Drawing, the timeline, the paint bucket and every export are free. Founding members get extras and pay for the next features.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. Strogly Studio is in closed beta: request access with your email or with Google, and we'll email you as soon as you're in. Your account holds your founding-member perks today, and will carry cloud backup and multiplayer later. Your drawings themselves still stay on your device.
Where are my animations stored?
In your browser, on your own device. Nothing is uploaded. Use Save file to keep a .strogly copy: plain JSON, an open format any program can read.
Does it work with a drawing tablet or an iPad?
Yes, with pressure. Pens work on Windows, Mac, Linux, Chromebook and iPad. Video export needs a browser with WebCodecs (Chrome or Edge today). GIF export works everywhere.
Can I use it offline?
Yes. Sign in once, then install it from your browser's menu ("Install app" or "Add to Home Screen") and it keeps working without internet.
Will my drawings be used to train AI?
No. Your drawings never leave your device, and there is no generative AI in Strogly.
