The short version: draw what you like, it's yours, be decent, and understand that Strogly is a young product run by one person.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to create an account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Strogly Studio is in closed beta. Creating an account is a request for access: we approve requests by hand, may take a while, and may decline or end beta access. The beta is unfinished software, so keep copies of work you care about.

Your work is yours

Everything you draw in Strogly belongs to you. We claim no rights to it, and it stays on your device unless you choose to share it.

Fair use

Don't use Strogly to break the law or hurt other people, don't try to break into accounts or overload our servers, and don't resell access to the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Founding membership

Paid plans are sold through Polar, our merchant of record. You can get a full refund within 30 days of a purchase, no questions asked. Features marked as planned are our honest intention, not a guarantee of a delivery date.

No warranty

Strogly is provided "as is". We work hard to keep your work safe, but things can break, so keep copies of anything important with Save file. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost work or indirect damages.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will say so on this page. You can stop using Strogly and delete your account at any time from the Studio.
